HORA RENTALS is found directly on the beach at 5225 Collins Ave Miami Beach (52nd & Collins), in close proximity to the Eden Roc, NOBU, and the Fontainebleau Hotel and less than 3 miles to the center of South Beach (SOBE), Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road renowned for its famous shopping, dining, and nightlife, and just a short driving distance to Wynwood, Aventura, Surfside, Brickell and more. We are located in the iconic district of Miami Beach known as “Millionaires Row,” just minutes away to the center of South Beach and many of the most popular tourist hotspots and destinations.

 

Our rentals include use of resort facilities, health fitness center, hot tubs, swimming pools, sauna, steam room, poolside chaise lounges and umbrellas, pool towels, and direct access to sandy private beach. There is no need to get in a car or even cross the street as our property, The Alexander, is situated directly on the beach! Drinks, hard and soft, snacks, comfort foods fresh from the grill are available poolside as well as beach service. Gift shop with convenience store,  coffee shop with wraps, sandwiches, salads, coffee, room service, massage therapy and beauty salon, concierge, and valet parking are all available (additional fees may apply. Free Wi-Fi throughout! A lighted pedestrian pathway (new Miami Beach Boardwalk) is located outside our pool when exiting to the beach. The newly completed boardwalk path stretches from South Beach all the way to 79th street allowing for bicycling, pedestrian use, and rollerblading. Bicycle rentals, water sports, boating all within steps of our resort. We also make available upon request special accommodations for Sabbath observant clientele.

 

When you book with HORA RENTALS at The Alexander, you can enjoy one of our spacious 2,3,4, or 5-bedroom suites ranging in size from 960 square feet to 2000 square feet. Every suite offers magnificent views from your private balcony and includes a master bedroom with adjoining bathroom, a full kitchen, living and dining area, a second or additional bedrooms, full guest bathroom and some units have 3 bathrooms and a washer and dryer.

 

We have also expanded our listings to private homes, hosting short-term rentals in the Texas market very close to Dallas. Our single family homes can comfortably accommodate large groups for weekend getaways or business retreats.

Additionally, we offer private rentals by owner at the Fontainebleau Hotel with multiple size suites available, a studio-style Jr Suite, a One-Bedroom Suite, and a Two-Bedroom Suite. There are first-class facilities and amenities to enjoy at this glamorous oceanfront resort including such features as an expansive two-story spa and fitness center, an extravagant poolside landscape with direct access to the white sandy beach, and LIV the Fontainebleau famous night club lounge.
